Studio Policies & Terms

At Options Pilates Studio Dubai, we believe exercise should be inspiring, challenging but safe, and fun. Our mission is to transform the health and lifestyle of everyone who passes through our doors. We hope you enjoy your classes as much as we love teaching them.

Hygiene & Safety Measures

Regular studio cleaning is performed daily.
Hand sanitisers are available throughout the studio.
Disposable gloves are available for clients.

Client Responsibility

Please do not attend class if you are sick; contact us to cancel. A doctor's note may be required for last-minute cancellations.
Sanitise your hands before class and wipe down all equipment and props after use.
Socks must be worn in every class. No socks, no exercise.

General Studio Policies

Class time. Classes are 55 minutes long unless otherwise specified and are by prior appointment only. You may book by phone, WhatsApp/SMS, email or in person. If you are late, you are only entitled to the remaining portion of the time slot you booked.

Class attire. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move, but is sufficiently form-fitting so your instructor can see your body alignment. Some postures may involve being inverted or lying with your legs in the air, so choose clothing that protects your modesty.

Group classes. Before joining group classes, it is compulsory to attend a private trial class. The instructor must sign off before clients can join group classes. This is for your safety and to prevent injuries.

Injuries. If you have undiagnosed chronic pain or injury and have not seen a medical professional, please do so before your Pilates session. You must notify your instructor of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may impact your ability to perform exercises.

Cell phones. We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone when you enter the studio. Please store personal belongings and shoes (we are a shoes-off studio) in the provided cubbies.

Socks etiquette. For hygiene purposes, socks are required for all classes and appointments. For safety, grip socks are encouraged. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Bookings

Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation

Group classes: please notify reception one day before to cancel or reschedule.
Private sessions: 24 hours notice to your instructor is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellation / no-show: the lesson is forfeited. No refund in cash or in-kind will be given for the missed session.

Instructor Training Course Cancellation

All fees must be paid in full before the course start date. Your spot is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
We will confirm the running of the course at least 2 weeks before the start date.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient sign-ups.
Withdrawal before the course start date will be credited to your account for future services and courses.
You may change your course date up to 2 weeks before the start date; the amount will be credited to your account.
If we cancel due to insufficient sign-ups, your payment can be refunded (except for discounted/special offer bundles) or credited.

Payments

Refund Policy

Class refund policy. We are unable to give refunds. If a crisis arises, please email us at dubai@options-studio.com and, under some circumstances, we may decide to put a credit in your account for future use.

Transferring your credits. All class and private packages are fully transferrable to another person, one time only.

Instructor training course refund policy. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient sign-ups, you are entitled to a refund. Payments made by bank transfer or cash will be refunded by bank transfer. Payments made by credit card will incur a 3% refund transaction fee; this applies even if the course is cancelled due to insufficient sign-ups. No refunds will be given for courses bought as part of discounted or special offer bundles, or for any other reasons.
