Small groups, personal attention, and a full schedule of Pilates classes for every level.
Our group classes are ideal for clients who do not have specific injuries. Each session focuses on the basic principles of Pilates — breathing technique, shoulder, pelvis and rib placement, and learning the exercises and equipment.
We use props like flex bands, weights, balls, BOSU® balance trainers and foam rollers to make classes fun, challenging and different. Because our classes are small, instructors can give attention and corrections to every single student.
All group classes are 50–55 minutes long. We offer fully equipped sessions with reformers, towers and chairs. Please listen to your body and know when to take breaks.
